Field Services & Commissioning

For Speedier reach to Customer locations, Eurotherm has few Site Support Engineers at various network offices, who are not only trained on the job, but possess abundant site expertise in dealing with Post Delivery Activities. Besides, We also have Technical Support Engineer at HQ to support Customers on Field / Product / Application specific issues.

Repair Services

At Eurotherm, we recognise the value of after sales support for the smooth operations of your process and hence we have established a full-fledged Customer Support Division operating at our factory based at Chennai. This division offers services on wide range of products, which includes repair of all Eurotherm products, systems and spares invoiced by us. This division has a team of skilled and experienced Engineers, dedicated to provide you dependable service at shortest possible time. Broadly Repair services include:

 

  • Instrument repairs upgrades & recalibration
  • Spare parts
  • Fixed price repairs/quick turnaround
  • Life time care/support of products

 

For Repair and allied support, send the product requiring service, freight prepaid, quoting Repair Material Authorisation (RMA) reference number or filled in RMA Form.

 

Repair Material Authorisation

 

To provide faster service to customer, we need certain critical inputs from customer in the form of "Repair Material Authorisation".

 

The form can be downloaded, filled and sent by fax/mail OR saved in to electronic media and emailed as an attachment to  support.in@eurotherm.com
